SMS Terms of Service

This agreement is between you and Trimax Realty & Loan or one of its affiliates. All references to “Trimax,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Trimax Realty & Loan. By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from Trimax, you accept these Terms of Service.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to affirmatively requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages using the double-opt in process as described in the “Consenting to Text Messaging” section below.
“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies). This includes both transactional and promotional messages.
2. CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING
When you text any of our SMS phone numbers about a property or service, you will initiate a double opt-in process: We will reply to your initial message asking for your consent to receive text messages as part of our Text Message Service.
If you respond with YES, you will receive a confirmation message. By responding YES, you are expressly consenting to receive text messages from us related to your property inquiries and our customer service communications. These messages may include property information, updates on your inquiries, responses to your questions, appointment reminders, and notifications related to our services. We may also occasionally send messages about new properties aligning with your stated preferences.
3. COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES
Trimax does not charge you for the messages you send or receive via our Text Message Service. However, message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your mobile carrier or other applicable provider, you may be charged by them. Check with your mobile provider for details on your plan.
4. FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
The frequency of messages will vary depending on your activity and engagement with us. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries, updates about properties you’re interested in, and occasional messages about new matching properties.
5. PRIVACY POLICY

6. OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message confirming that you are unsubscribed.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to our Website. You agree to review these Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive SMS messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
