This agreement is between you and Trimax Realty & Loan or one of its affiliates. All references to “Trimax,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Trimax Realty & Loan. By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from Trimax, you accept these Terms of Service.

Trimax does not charge you for the messages you send or receive via our Text Message Service. 6. OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
